DESCRIPTION:
- This is a 14S LiFePo4/lithium ion 5A equalizer used for 48V battery pack.
- This device acts as a balancer/equalizer to balance the capacity of cells inside 48V battery pack.
- This is not a Bluetooth balancer/equalizer.
- This can be used in lithium battery applications including solar, RV, Electric bikes, Skate board, camping, Boat, Power tools, Lawn moving and household energy storage systems.
- This can be used in lithium batteries of any type including 18650/21700/32650/38120/66160 and any type of prismatic cells etc.
- This can be used for 14S battery pack configuration.
- This is manufactured by Heltec.
There are two different types of Battery equalizers:
- Passive Battery Equalizer or balancer(Passive balancers)
- Active Battery Equalizer or balancer(Active balancers)
- The active battery equalizer in this method the battery equalizer have inductor or capacitors to balance the batteries they will use using their extra energy that stores in the battery with higher voltage to charging the other battery that has lower voltage so the active battery equalizer has higher efficiency than the passive type but it is expensive.
